After completing your transaction, an email with access instructions will be sent to the address you provided.

If you are a new user, a Canvas account (BGSU's online learning system) will be created for you, using your email as your username. If you are a returning learner of BGSU trainings, log in as usual to access your training.

  • On-demand trainings appear in your Canvas dashboard immediately after purchase.
  • Scheduled trainings will appear on the date they are set to begin.

Yes. BGSU offers customized training solutions tailored to your organization's needs. To request a quote, please contact the Workforce Training Accelerator office at

Bulk enrollment allows you to purchase a training for multiple learners. These are processed via invoice, and once payment is received, each participant receives instructions to complete their enrollment ar no cost. To request a bulk enrollment:

  1. Click the Contact Us link in the website footer.
  2. Select "Bulk Enrollments" as the subject.
  3. Include the training title(s) and number of learners in the comments section.

The Workforce Training Accelerator office will follow up promptly.

  • Self-guided trainings are typically virtual, though some may include limited in-person components. Any in-person requirements are listed in the training description.
  • Trainer-led trainings are delivered in person, with dates, times, and duration clearly listed during purchase.

Materials such as slides and resources can typically be downloaded and saved. However, full training recordings are not provided in a static format unless specifically noted in the training description.

Yes. Some trainings may be eligible for reimbursements through the State of Ohio TechCred program. BGSU can assist employers in navigating the application process. Contact us with the form to the left.

No. Participation in Workforce Training Accelerator trainings does not confer student status at Bowling Green State University.

Yes. Unless the training description specifically states otherwise, each training earns some type of digital badge. Certificates of completion are available to all digital badge earners. The certificates are especially useful for individuals who need to submit proof of training completion for the continuing education requirements.

A digital badge is a visual representation of your successful completion of a training. Each badge contains embedded metadata that outlines the structure of the training and the competencies you have mastered. Badges can be added to email signatures, digital resumes, or shared on platforms liked LinkedIn. Anyone who clicks on the badge can view the detailed information about your achievement.

No. Non-credit trainings offered through the Workforce Training Accelerator cannot currently be applied toward any credit-bearing courses at BGSU.

Yes. While a desktop or laptop computer is recommended for the best experience, BGSU's online learning platform is compatible with most phones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
